On June 12, the Ningbo Qianwan New Area hosted the Annual Special Training Session for Grassroots Party Affairs Workers 2025. Over 380 Party branch secretaries and Party affairs workers from 8 grassroots Party Committees in the district participated. The training aimed to further enhance the political literacy, theoretical proficiency, and job performance capabilities of Qianwan's grassroots Party affairs workers, striving to forge a high-quality, professional backbone force for grassroots Party affairs work.
The training began with a thematic lecture, where invited experts provided an in-depth analysis of "Macroeconomic Trends and Policy Analysis 2025", helping participants accurately grasp the broader context of national development and policy directions. This laid a solid ideological and theoretical foundation for serving central tasks and promoting high-quality development.
Meanwhile, the training adopted a dual-track parallel session model to provide targeted empowerment based on the characteristics and needs of Party affairs workers in different fields. In the corporate session, Focused Photonics Inc. shared its distinctive Party building practices, offering practical reference cases for Party affairs workers from Qianwan's new economic organizations, new social organizations, and new employment groups. Companies like Zeekr, Vremt, and Jiale engaged in in-depth exchanges and idea collisions around two core themes, namely “Party building brand development" and "deep integration of Party work and business", exploring effective pathways for Party building to guide corporate growth.
The village and community special session focuses on the core tasks of grassroots governance and rural revitalization, setting up a special guidance on the “‘New’ core essence of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era”, deepening theoretical understanding, and focusing on studying and implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, with a focus on guiding the practical requirements of "improving the system and mechanism of urban-rural integrated development", providing work direction for village and community Party organization secretaries and Party affairs workers.
"The training is an important measure to promote the full and rigorous governance of the Party at the grassroots level, as well as a key initiative to advance the 'Double First-Class' construction in Qianwan. It is hoped that this training will further help grassroots Party organization secretaries identify effective work platforms and methods, contributing to the high-quality development of Qianwan through grassroots Party building efforts," said a relevant official from the Organization Department of the Party Working Committee of Ningbo Qianwan New Area.
